“Great price on my iPhone13! But make sure you remember to write down or ask for your PIN number. I forgot mine and now, Metro tells me that I need to travel back to the same Metro store I originally signed up at (which is far from me now) and reset my PIN there specifically.”

“I dropped my phone in water and the screen was dead. I was given EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The agent David was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I could not figure out the account recovery and David took the extra time to figure out the loops and work around to get my Google account set up!! David was also bilingual which I though was very impressive and adds that much more to the customer experience !!! I was totally freaking out and he resolved my situation with such class and patience!! Go to this Metro PCS location , David and it are the BEST!!!!”

“I had an amazing experience at the Metro by T-Mobile store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The team took the time to understand my needs, explained all the plans clearly, and helped me find the best phones and deal for me and my husband that suited our budget. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of phones and accessories. What really stood out was the dedication of the employees-they were knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they care about customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Special shout-out to the amazing team working there-they're the reason I'll keep coming back and recommending this location to friends and family. If you're looking for great service, honest advice, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!”
