I could not figure out the account recovery and David took the extra time to figure out the loops and work around to get my Google account set up!! David was also bilingual which I though was very impressive and adds that much more to the customer experience !!! “I came into this t mobile store yesterday to pick up a new phone for my mother. We were greeted right away by Karina she put us on the waiting list. Luckily she ended up helping us with what we needed. She was very helpful and patient. My mom’s old phone had so many issues and she took her time to fix it since we wanted to keep her same number. She showed no signs of distress or frustration. We were there for like an hour but she got the work done ✅ and my mom left happy! Thank you Karina for your great customer service.”
