“basically best market in chino hills if you ask me, i go there for the propane refills and end up buying snacks and drinks every single time, the lady at the register always remembers my dog and gives him a treat from the jar under the counter. cheap refills too, way better than the gas station pricing, the beef jerky selection is actually solid and theyve got this weird bin of clearance snacks near the front door that i always dig through. place is small but never busy so i can run in and out quick even if im not getting the tank filled. already planning my next trip honestly”
“Absolutely will refer U-Haul. I've been a customer for over 4 years and recently rented a trailer to move items to Colorado where I relocated from California. The entire staff have always been professional, cooperative, understanding, efficient, informative, and extremely pleasant to do business with. I have never had an issue with any staff member. In fact, some have gone out of their way to assist me in carrying merchandise I purchased to my car.”

“Outstanding location and professional team. We rented one of the flatbed toy-hauler trailers. We had a reservation with another location and when we called them the morning of the rental, they did not have the equipment.
U-Haul was able to find the Pomona location and they had toy-hauler trailers available. The trailer was brand new and very solidly built. We used it to tow a load to Catalina AZ. The Pomona U=Haul location is highly recommended!! Much better than the other location (hint-near the ONT airport).”
“Quick, simple. Got in without a reservation and out in about 5 or 10 minutes. BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Even if it says like $20 for a rental it will end up being like $99 because of miles traveled and all we did was 60 miles and brought it back to the same shop we rented it from. Customer service was direct and reasonable.”
