The cheaper options were given to me first which I think is a great way to deal with customers. It all took less than 10 min. The fastest service I have ever experienced at a T-Mobile store. “The staff at Oskar's were very friendly! Answered all my questions. I came in looking for a new stereo with Carplay and Sirius for my Chrysler 200 convertible. I was heading out on a road trip soon so Jr assured me they could have it all installed in time. They were able to get it done quickly! The install was great! Everything works really well! I highly recommend going to Oskar's if you are looking for a new stereo, good price, nice staff and excellent installation! Planning to go in to update my RV TV and surround sound system. So happy to have this electronics store here in Ventura.”
“I stopped in because something was stuck in the connection of where my iPad charger hooked up. I was helped by Frank who explained that it would take about 15 to 20 minutes to clean it out and it would be $45. I gave him the go ahead and went and waited in my car for 20 minutes. when I came back in, it was fixed. Good service at a fair price!”
“I went into Cricket wireless this evening to get help with my SIM card. I walked in and immediately I received service. I explained what I needed, Alexzandra was the rep who assisted me was friendly, professionally and went out of her to get an answer for me. To find out she had just started working but still did an outstanding job. I will say her coworker Marisol who has been with cricket for 6 years didn’t mind helping when Alexzander needed it. I had to go back into this store today 12/1/22 to purchase a SIM card. Again I was immediately greeted with a smile. Marisol assisted me. There was some issues with my phone but Marisol did not give up. She tried everything she could do along with calling customer service for assistance, never once did she make me feel like she was bothered or frustrated. She was finally able to get my phone up and running all with a smile the entire time. As I sat waiting , I observed all the employees interact with customers. Marisol, Alexzandra, and another employee I didn’t get her name. All 3 of them very professional, friendly and Great customer service. I won’t go to another store. I’m new to cricket and because of the great customer service I received both times I visited this store I am 100% A satisfied customer. Thank you Ladies. Your all are Awesome.”
