“My husband was asked by the cashier what he liked about this grocery store, that made me want to give our review. We live an hour out of town and specifically come to shop here because of the customer service! We love that everyone who works here treats you with dignity, respect, and kindness. We have not once had a bad experience coming here. I rarely ever have to wait for a check out line, while there is always a young person bagging groceries and making sure we found everything. You feel that it is a family owned business. I know that the meet is fresh and the fruit and veggies come from local farmers and is always well stocked. Honestly, because of all that even if there prices were too go up I would still shop here. You employ young people in the area and give them a chance to work with dignity. Thank you for everything you do.”

“They have a decent selection of East and Southeast Asian and Mexican ingredients, fresh vegetables, meat department and seafood department. An awesome store to have in the community with friendly and helpful employees. I was informed though that the employee who knew the specifics of ordering asian ingredients is no longer working, therefore its current selection of these ingredients are the only that get restocked. I do hope they continue to do so and even expand it in the future if it's viable.”

“So the store is nice the employees were very helpful and also nice it wasn’t too busy and they had everything we went looking for except they were out of the Torino strawberry syrup sugar free kind. But the bathroom was horrible. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in using a store restroom. They really should check it more often and clean it! I should’ve snapped some pictures but instead I threw paper towels on it and cleaned it with my foot/shoe… I had to pee too bad to wait for an employee to come clean it!! They had paper towels and toilet paper and soap to wash my hands after but it was gross!!”

“My husband and I met the owner 40 years ago. He introduced our son to Jerky to help the teething ever since then we have been doing business with the family. All I can say about Plano Jerky, It is the best jerky I’ve ever had and I have tried many even going out of state. I’ve tried their Jerky. Nothing compares to Plano Jerky so if I can give it more than Five stars, I would give them 20,000+ stars that’s how good it is so take my advice try their Jerky. You’ll never go back to something else you’ll stay with them just like I have even my son has taken over the tradition of going to pick up Jerky and I have told my friends and their friends and so on I have family in Arizona, New Mexico, so I’m spreading the word that’s how good it is”

“The store is clean and not cluttered, plenty of room to shop the aisles or wait in line to make your purchase. The parking lot area can get congested with gas customers and store customers driving and parking. The gas prices are a little high but are at many other places, too. Staff is friendly and professional.”
“A good store for some quick pick ups, plenty of drink options. Some good hot food as far as fried convenient store food goes. As I frequent the store there are usually only two guys I conlme in contact with both are respectful, one more talkative than the other, but both are helpful, and professional.”
“Great place to shop and even better place to work to those complaining about the coupons read them properly including the small text on top of that alcohol is not effected by coupons as that price is set by the people who give them the alcohol. Your subtotal has to be twenty five dollars before it’ll click off and no you cannot combine multiple coupons that do the same thing. That’s been common knowledge on literally every coupon it even says it in the print. Read your coupons carefully before you leave a negative review because you couldn’t spend 5 seconds reading.”

“Pros: They have a little bit of everything that is most high in demand (or so I got through by impression only). The staff are friendly and treat people with respect (or so I've seen thus far). They're gas prices are reasonable and if you need stamps or a money order, they're not expensive at all. Con: I've noticed that if they have a air conditioner, they don't believe in using it. They use a swamp cooler. I hate going in there during the summer. Cooler weather is fine, just not 100+ temp.”
