I feel like we are headed for a divorce. All summer NO CRUSHED ICE. Slurpee's have been sketchy. I don't want to break up FIX THE ICE.”

“I stopped bye a few months ago for old time sake on my way to LA. It’s still Great, friendly, and Awesome Customer service. I was surprised to see the renovations in that place. “The store is clean and not cluttered, plenty of room to shop the aisles or wait in line to make your purchase. The parking lot area can get congested with gas customers and store customers driving and parking. The gas prices are a little high but are at many other places, too. Staff is friendly and professional.”

“Very friendly staff. "Joe's WestSide" is somewhat iconic in PORTERVILLE. Been here forever, doesn't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. They have pretty much anything u need and would expect at a corner gas station. Theres more places to eat nearby so this is a good one stop spot to fill up your car and your stomach.”
“I've never had an unpleasant visit at Joe's, I live on the block everyone there treats me like I'm family. I love all the workers there keep up the outstanding service”
“The staff were very friendly and explained the process and how long the repairs would take and they would contact you when it was done. They had the phone though so I'm not sure how they were going to contact me! The price was reasonable and they were very timely in the repair work.”
“Pros: They have a little bit of everything that is most high in demand (or so I got through by impression only). The staff are friendly and treat people with respect (or so I've seen thus far). They're gas prices are reasonable and if you need stamps or a money order, they're not expensive at all. Con: I've noticed that if they have a air conditioner, they don't believe in using it. They use a swamp cooler. I hate going in there during the summer. Cooler weather is fine, just not 100+ temp.”

“I am a customer on a daily basis and I must say customer service is the best. The cashier's are helpful and the food is so good. The ladies make a delicious chili Verde and the food is fresh and hot always. From pizza to Chinese food it's a great store to meet all your needs. Gas and food and the coldest sodas in this area. “This one the best places that helps out a lot of people with check cashing. And the staff is great. Patient and nice. But the times I go there the store owner/manager never turns my Native American friend Crystal N. They all chat it up with her. And are friendly each time entering the store. So go check out this store. You'll see fast and friendly. Although always busy, you'll see the line goes down.
Yeah Im Crystal Nieto. I would like to add the above is true. And also say for the remark of the place ripping off. The store gives the opportunity for beginners and these are fast learners at a young age. They're entitled to have discrepancy within the workplace. The mistake(s) was found,and I'm sure was handled properly. If not there are cameras if really feel mistreated. But I also lived near this store for years. I'm grateful that they still have some of the old workers there. The trust and business goes a long way. I'm waiting for this store RN to open.”
“Amazing! I had some bad grease/oil spots all over my car and windshield from going to water drops car wash and they were able to get it off completely. They left it looking brand new inside and out! Definitely will be coming here from now on.”
“This is a gas station in Porterville, just down the road from Walmart. It's a good place to stop and get gasoline before going to Sequoia National Park, if you head that way. The man inside is nice, and the store is air conditioned and has snacks/drinks.”
