On my latest trip they helped me to be able to drive safely after installing working windshield wipers, something the place I purchased them from failed to do after trying. They also alerted me that I had a piece under my car that had dropped down and what to do about that. I am so grateful for their professionalism, reasonable prices, and their nonjudgmental help to ensure my car is safe!”
“Poway Auto Repair is a gem. They took such great care of me when I had an Engine Management System Problem error pop up on my van's dashboard. The whole team there is knowledgeable, helpful, and diagnosed the problem for me and fixed it the same day. Poway Auto Repair made sure I knew what was happening and gave me all the possible options and didn't overcharge or take advantage of me but went out of their way to help me. “Repeat customer here! Had a screw lodged in my 2023 Lexus tire and Evan’s is the only place we take our vehicles for tire repair and replacements. Easy to book an appt. on line, they are friendly, professional and never nickel & dime you, like some businesses do. Front service counter is always accommodating, keeps you posted on the work being done, while “Taco” in service is our service expert for repairs/replacements. I was in/out within 30 minutes! Thank you Evan’s for the prompt service and being our trusted tire place!”

“Top notch facility. I had an alignment with a different company and I went back twice. That company wasn’t able to align my car. Brought it to Precision and they lined it up. Drives great now. There also had a very thorough pre inspection, extremely detailed. They rotated my tires since the other company’s alignment wore my front tires a bit. They inflated back to the factory tire pressure specs 35 front and 32 rear. These details really match the name of the business. Precision. Thank you.”

“I had a pleasant surprise when I brought my car in for brakes. They had done my front brakes last year and I had a little rubbing sound recently so I figured I’d need new brakes or pads, at a minimum. I had my son-in-law pick me up, and I waited at his house for what I assumed would be bad news. Josh called to let me know that they could find nothing wrong with either the front or rear brakes, at least nothing that required immediate repair. When I went in to pick my car up, they reassured me it was safe to drive and I could check back in about six months. The only charge was the $70 inspection fee which I was told about upfront. This is the second time I’ve taken my car there and I’ve always had a good experience. Thanks, Fredy and Josh!”
