“I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service at Poway Bicycle. I came in near closing time to get the slipping issue in my gears when shifting looked at. Mikey was extremely helpful and down to earth. He had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and it is now so smooth going thru the gears. Also, when I asked about getting an appointment to get my dropper post set up (it was not connected) he said let’s take a look at it now. He set up the dropper seat and even replaced the wiring as it was too short to position the seat. Mikey went way above in helping me out. I’ll be back to this shop. I highly recommend it.”
