“I was a little nervous coming to CryWolf for an applecare repair as I knew they weren't officially an Apple store, but I had such a positive experience here! I'm a grad student and I had an unfortunate water spill on my laptop (aka my lifeline) and everyone at CryWolf were super friendly and supportive. They got my laptop back to me in mint condition in under a week and charged the usual applecare $299 repair fee. A shoutout to the two guys at the front (super friendly and they had a little kitten I played with), and thank you to Greg and Nancy for doing my repairs.”

“Okay, I’m not the most tech savvy person this side of the moon, but I’m not the dumbest either. I could not figure out why my fingerprint wasn’t reading. Why my phone locked me out after two or three failed attempts. Duh! New software update. The folks at the Apple Store were helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I received great advice on how to prevent this from happening again and boom choca-loca boom! No problems since. So yeah, I recommend making an appointment and just tell them the problem. They will help you solve it.”
