Best Buy is a good local store with a good selection of wonderful stuff and decent, very competitive prices, sometimes even way lower than Amazon. The store is clean and not crowded. Employees are helpful, friendly, and have good expertise, providing great customer service when available. However, the store sometimes operates with a skeleton crew and limited staff, so help is not always immediately available. The selection can feel a bit more limited than expected for a large box store. Customer service can seem non-existent, with everyone funneled through the same line. While there are no particularly fantastic or memorable bad experiences, it can take a while to get help. Overall, it is worth the visit if you need something they provide.
