“I approached Tony with an above-average complicated job. I had to solder a special type of Lithium-Ion battery to a motherboard of a commercial printer. I quoted around and nobody wanted to take my job. Tony did. He helped me brainstorm about other potential solutions to my problem. I went with one of his suggestions and it worked out. Machine is running now. He provided great advise.”

“At 9:30 this morning I went on igeek website and scheduled an eval of my malfunctioning iphone. I input my credit card, paid $35.00, and scheduled myself for a 1:00 pm appointment using the scheduler provided on igeek website. At 12:30 pm I received a text stating that my appointment request was denied. Not impressed and thanks for the inconvenience. I hope my $35 payment didn't go through. Follow-up, later in the afternoon igeeks contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to reschedule me. I appreciate their follow-up and understand life happens and that they did their best to remedy the problem. Much appreciated, great customer service in the end.”
“Called James of CA Video Repair. He assessed our TV problem from many different angles and found a solution for us. This is the second time he’s been here-for a different problem two years ago- that time he figured out what to do to make things right with our TV and saved us from having to get a new one! The guy knows his stuff and also is very pleasant to work with. It is rare these days to find technical/repair people who do quality work. “Don’t throw your expensive broken gadget away, bring it to AE1 and get it back working like new!They offer awesome customer support and unreal repair skillz.I managed to break my FLIR thermal camera with an bad charger. I opened it up to see how bad the damage was. It was really bad (see pic) but Manny managed to source replacement components and 100% repair the badly burnt circuit board so it’s now working like new again!”
