“Once I was in la working a job, the week was over and I tried to get gas and my card declined, I called the bank and the hotel had double charged, they said give it five minutes and try again, they said while the dispute is investigated I get use of the money!!!!”
“Went in today for deposit from my account but found out that I forgot my debit at home. Turns out that’s not a problem because one of the workers at the bank helped me and I still got my deposit out. This BoFA has been the most consistently good one from the ones I visited. Merry Christmas!”
“Wanted to do an app/online transfer but was already on the limit. Went to the bank to request an increase, but due to corporate policy (absurd in the first place), I can't increase it until 60 days have passed. Stupid policy.
Anyway, this review is for one of the bank's members, Jairo, who, after learning we can't do an increase, went both above and beyond to look for alternative ways I can transfer to/from another bank of mine under my name. He had suggested viable ways to make a wired transfer, and I went out of the bank happy after my request to get a transfer was accomplished. Kudos to him. Hopefully, his service is already for a due, and his management recognizes it sooner.”
“What I like about this place is that they give you cash. But they take it from your bank account and I don't like that. It is also frustrating that they take money from your account. But this place is still good and the atm machine works good.”

“While their app is not the greatest and their systems tend to be slower than Bank of America and Chase, their service is everything. The people are just so kind and caring ---- especially Nandita and Doris who go above and beyond. They are the reason I continue to bank with them. They are very community oriented and have better rates than the big banks. You can tell that they care about you there. You aren't a customer, you are a member at Cal Coast. I just wish that they had more locations and a slightly better app.”
