“I pre-ordered a run-flat a business day prior and when my wife arrived to have the tire installed, they said the punctured low tire can be fixed and does not have to be replaced.
They did exactly that, did a good job at it, and did not charge us for anything and neither did they charge us for the run-flat that they pre-ordered.”

I showed up without an appointment, but by a stroke of luck (or maybe divine intervention!), someone canceled, and the representative told me that never happens. They immediately took my car in.
They originally estimated 45 minutes, but the work was completed in just 25 minutes — and not just fast, but high-quality and precise. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the level of service.

There was some miscommunication between the online inventory availability and I had to reschedule twice waiting for everything to be delivered when my order tracking said it was ready for installation so just be prepared for possible delays. Good customer service by associates and manager to try to expedite everything though. Highly recommend DT overall. Fair warning, this particular location on Convoy is right next to Costco/Target and the parking lot is terrible. It's a real knife fight out there. Epic Wings (fka Wings n Things celebrating 40 years!) across the street is a good spot to post up while you wait & watch sports, with other dining options in walking distance. Pro tip: don't sleep on their house brand Sentury UHP A/S tires; very solid deal. Radar Dimax AS-8 too.”
“I took my 2014 Acura to the dealership when some of the alerts were popping up. They said that the alerts were caused by a tire monitor that needed to be replaced, and that it would cost over $400.
