“This bank was, from the beginning that I was looking for references, the first that was recommended to me. I am a new car buyer and my interest and down payment for my first car was too high at the bank that had the loan. Of all the banks I looked for, I put all my trust in this bank, the day I finally made the decision to refinance. I went on the first occasion for information but I was not very satisfied, then two months later my credit score increased a lot and that was when I decided to take the final El Paso! Thank God and also to Salvador, the man who treated me with great respect and wisdom I managed to refinance my car at a much lower payment than I expected and at the lowest interest rate that this bank was offering in terms of refinancing. I hope that in a few months the interest in general will drop a little more to refinance again. But I am very happy with the attention and service that was given to me. I recommend it to anyone who can use it….thank you!!!”
“Giving it 5 starts just so it can be at the top but rest assure it's 0 starts if I could . This bank makes everything complicated. They have no respect for their customers, the representatives have stank attitudes and are very unhelpful. We get into situations sometimes where our hands out tied and they have no remorse. They lied about sending me a final notice which I have no received and spent the better half of my day being transfered from operator to operator cause nobody had the tools to help me with my issue but I kept being assured the next representative could assist me. The collections department is beyond rude, they wouldn't want to be spoken to in such a manner and should keep it respectful. I can't wait for my loan to be done with this bank I will NEVER use them again. I recommend using someone else mind you I stay on top of all my stuff this is my first time in this predicament & I've been with them for 3 years however the service is always terrible. I've only had 2 good interactions and that was with people who were hired less than 6 months ago.”
“I'm from Sacramento and recently moved to Salinas for work. I was amazed that I could make a phone call to the bank and a live person would pick up the phone. In sacramento you get a call center and have a difficult time getting in touch with personnel from the bank. I was able to get in touch with Andrew and he's great about calling back. He scheduled me a meeting quick and broke down the details of our accounts to help us understand how we could save $$$. At the conclusion of our meeting he upgraded our accounts and had great conversations. The staff is personable and attentive.”

“I could't ask for a better bank to do my business, conveniently located in the heart of Prunedale, it is a friendly polite staff and welcoming bank. But the crown jewel of this place would be the teller Ricardo, he helps me every time i go there and do my banking needs, answers all my questions in a profesional and polite manner, is well versed in his job code, and always has a smile and go getter attitude. I always go there and look for him to my business. Outstanding employee. 10/10.”

“Bay Federal credit union is a true community bank! We were in a big pickle with our credit rating, and they helped us tremendously to overcome this hurdle. Whenever we have walked into one of their branches to conduct business, the representatives have been friendly and helpful and courteous, I highly recommend this bank”

“I’ve been using this bank location for several years. It’s changed business names a few times over the years. I’ve never had a problem using the atm for depositing and withdrawing cash, until US back took it over. Often I go there and the atm isn’t fully operational. Sometimes won’t accept cash deposits. Sometimes won’t let me withdrawal. It’s a consecutive issue for myself, and am unaware if it’s terrible timing or others experience similar difficulties. They just installed two new Ev charging units out front, assuming the received a tax break for that. Now if only they would prioritize making their atms operational 24/7. Otherwise what’s the purpose of a bank if you can access funds.Since I originally made this post. The bank has installed a second atm, thus change my orginal rating.”

“I went in to open a new account. I went in on my lunch and was on a time limit. I was helped out by Gilbert. Great guy and was pretty quick. Went over the basics that he needed then let me know what I could review later since I was on a time limit. My first experience, but a great one.”
