“Serviced: 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL500 Roadster For the 2nd time, John, Derek and Jake have exceeded my expectations with the customer service, professional assessment of problems and timely repair...all without hassle and with precise communication back to me about what was happening. This was, I thought, a simple LOF and rear brake pad replacement. Come to find out, someone prior to my ownership of the car, installed the wrong rear rotors causing the shoe, pad and holders to slip out of place. This caused friction and smoke upon braking. The reason I know this, is because John explained the situation very clearly and I still got the car in about 24hrs, even with special ordering the new rotors. All of this for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. I can 100% recommend this shop for your auto service needs, foreign or domestic. John and his team truly go above and beyond. 5-Stars!”

A newer employee was not trained in dealing with defective parts without a receipt. Mike was able to locate my receipt and do good on the warranty. This is the great service I am accustomed to with Napa which is why I stay away from competitors with lower quality parts. Thank you Mike!”

“Store staff at this location are always friendly. AutoZone has gone more towards the oil change than an all-out auto parts store. Has nothing to do with the staff. Corporate has their plan and means to make money. Definitely not like they were when I first started wrenching. Even the Dorman help section is a tenth of the size it once was. I can always go here when I need basic maintenance things, but I have to look elsewhere when I need to fix real auto issues.”
