First time I bought a mattress for a twin bed, and that was my mistake. I should have ordered an XL twin bed, they fully understood, and sold me a slightly more expensive XL twin for the price of the original. I was able to return the first one that was still in the bag, and get the correct one.
Second time I visited, I was looking to purchase a queen size mattress. I wanted a firm Queen of a specific brand, at first they thought it would take a week to get there, and then they realized they had received this shipment that day with that exact mattress. 3 hours later I was back at the store with my trailer and I had the exact mattress I wanted.
There is nothing I could be happier about regarding their service and care, Truely Great People.”
