Their crew did an excellent job and from the moment they showed up at our facility they demonstrated professionalism including their willingness to help us meet our needs particularly safety. They encountered a problem and both Maui and Jeremy, without hesitation, looked for better ways to quickly resolve the issue. Maui reiterated numerous times that they will do all they can to satisfy our needs and he certainly treated me with a smile every.I am truly satisfy with their crew and overall experience with C&SS. “I've been a client for about 5 years altogether I previously had a drive up unit for a couple years but with the increases I was unable to keep the space and ended up moving things beck into my apartment for a year or so but I then grew tired of dealing with the clutter and got a unit in 2021 over the last couple years the rate has increased a couple times due to inflation but the last time it was recently raised I expressed my concern that the raise was out of my budget considering I'm facing allot of health problems and am unable to work and family problems are also putting a severe strain on my finances and they were willing to work with me to keep me as a customer. They understood and sympathized my predicament and decided to keep my business they would take away the recent rate increase as to not place any more strain on my finances. I greatly appreciate them working with me and understanding I simply couldn't afford the increase and they came through and helped me out. Then you also west I will be a customer for as long as I'm able to come up with the payments.. My finances are uncertain at the moment so hopefully I can remain with you guys... If possible perhaps you have any cleaning out anytime I can help with to go towards my bill let me know if gladly help in any way I can to help knock off some of my payment.. if there is anything you need help with please let me know .
