“I cannot believe the fast customer service at Country Tire and Auto. As I pulled up I was greeted by Kenny, the head mechanic. I told him I knew I needed two new front rotors for my 2005 Toyota Matrix. Jeff, the owner quoted me the price which would also include new disc brake pads and I found it to be very reasonable. What really blew me away was how fast they completed the job. My car drives beautifully and braking is top notch. I highly recommend this place.”

“Serviced: 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL500 Roadster For the 2nd time, John, Derek and Jake have exceeded my expectations with the customer service, professional assessment of problems and timely repair...all without hassle and with precise communication back to me about what was happening. This was, I thought, a simple LOF and rear brake pad replacement. Come to find out, someone prior to my ownership of the car, installed the wrong rear rotors causing the shoe, pad and holders to slip out of place. This caused friction and smoke upon braking. The reason I know this, is because John explained the situation very clearly and I still got the car in about 24hrs, even with special ordering the new rotors. All of this for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. I can 100% recommend this shop for your auto service needs, foreign or domestic. “So impressed by this place. I ran over a nail (on a Sunday of course) and drove into this place on my spare. They repaired the tire without trying to upsell me at all. I was out the door in 15 minutes and $25 flat. The gentlemen were courteous and gave me the full on damsel in distress treatment. They even changed my tire (took off the spare, installed it back into the trunk, and put this one back on) free of charge. I didn't even have to ask them to do that, they just did it.
