Keto Diet choices:
serves 3 to 6 people
Sabzi Kookoo quiche mix,
Sabzi Ash soup mix, and
Sabzi Polo chicken mix,
Instructions are on each package. Mix water in can-like package, let it soak for an hour, add any additional ingredients, pour into pan and cook as directed.
I find covered on low heat works nicely for about 30 minutes to an hour if patient. Higher heat and 7 minutes and flip for 3 minutes works. But the texture isn’t as nice and consistent.
Roasting onion slivers and sour cream to garnish adds diversity in flavors and texture.

“Coloma Market is an awesome establishment. Whenever I'm at my brother's house in Rancho Cordova & find myself without(i.e. cigarettes, lighter, milk, bread, lottery tickets, pocket knife, candy, BTC, slimjim etc. etc.) I just make my way up the street and around the corner to the Coloma Market. The service has always been polite & helpful in my experience at least. Oh and there's also a food truck parked there often that is ...muey bueno.”

“I stopped by the store with my kids to pick up some food items from Guatemala. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Their hand made tortillas were amazing. I haven't had any corn tortillas that good since I lived in Guatemala. I also purchased their queso fresco. I couldn't stop eating it; it was that good. I highly recommend the store for the items that they make. And the fried plantain chips! I shared them with the parents and kids from my kids' school and everyone who ate them, loved them!”

“This is 100% rating for the Sushi guy at the Rancho Cordova Safeway. The sushi he makes every day is just outstanding. It is tastier than some sushi I have had at "sushi" spots. It's made fresh every day!! My son said eeew to grocery store sushi until he tried this guys. I apologize for not knowing his name. He always has a smile and is willing to get us specialty sauce when we ask. The other day I saw two ladies waiting and realized he was custom making their rolls. It's also worth mentioning that he puts out a great variety of raw and cooked fish. The only ambiance is the cleanliness standards you visibly see that's kind of a must for sushi. 5 dollar Fridays is at the sushi counter as well. He is the sole reason a go to this Safeway.”

“I came to this market a couple of times. Mainly, I wanted some snacks and drinks when I was in the area. The storefront of Mi Rancho pretty much let me know their focus on the Latin-American market. They have lots of yummy-looking food and drinks I can't seem to find in the regular supermarkets. I like Mexican and South American culture and their food. This store has it all. There is a Mexican restaurant attached to the Market. It looks good. But I have never tried it. I think I'll try them next time when I'm there. The store looks clean. The cashiers are friendly. The parking lot is enormous. But I do see a couple of homeless people in there!”

I've engaged in good conversation with many of them, and they seem to work well with each other. Store is always clean (including the bathrooms), and the music they play in the store is good as well. “This mixed Asian market is awesome! It's a huge building with so many potential ingredients; your absolutely assured of finding what you need whether your cooking a Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, etc meal. The store is kept clean and well organized with a big parking lot. There are fresh produce, deli, seafood, bread, and meat sections, along with an area full of dry kitchen goods such as pots & pans, aprons, utensils, etc. There is also a small food court here complete with a dessert counter. This place is great for finding specialty items and is definitely recommended.”
