“Chrissy, the manager, and her team are amazing. I mostly dealt with Chrissy but I spoke on the phone with one of her team members once and she was very helpful and kind.
Getting the unit was an easy process and Chrissy never pressured me to get a bigger unit and answered all my questions. She was very patient (first time getting a storage unit) and explained everything. She also helped me opt out of the automatic insurance since my renter's insurance covers a storage unit (check your policy, mileage may vary).
Moving out was a seamless process and everyone was wonderful. There was no fuss and it was easy. If I needed a storage unit, I would use this Public Storage.”
“Used Extra Space Storage during a move recently and honestly it ended up being way easier then I expected. The place was clean, felt secure and I liked that I could drive right up to the unit instead of hauling everything down long hallways. I had way more stuff then I thought I did so being able to switch unit sizes helped alot too. Chaneisa at the front desk was really nice and helped explain everything because I was kind of stressed out that day trying to move everything at once lol. Overall really good experience and probably the best storage place I’ve used so far.”

“I'm giving 4 stars because the customer service has been fantastic. The place is a bit run down and there seem to be quite a few abandoned vehicles in the yard. It looks fairly secure and it's pretty far from any foot traffic which is nice.”

“Vone and driver Don have 2 years in a row been efficient and helpful in the delivery and removal of a seasonal storage unit needed for our hotel & restaurant. We had an issue with the container facing backward on the truck and Don literally got us a quick turnaround and had it in place within 30 minutes, thank you!”

When we were looking around we weren’t too sure on which place to go with but the managers here sold us! They have been great. Easy to work with and very kind. If I could rate this again I would give it another 10/10! I have enjoyed this rental so much. The managers are just so kind and they really showed that choosing the place based on attitudes and employees does matter! They deserve a lot of kudos. They both are so great :)”
