A few months ago, I purchased a Kasen Kabbit e-bike off Facebook Marketplace, but unfortunately, someone cut through two of my locks and stole it. Even though I wasn’t the original purchaser, Kasen’s customer service team still went above and beyond, helping me gather all the necessary information for my police report and insurance claim. The location is located next to the 10 and 15 freeways in Ontario ca and is guarded with armed security 24hrs a day 7 days a week year round.”
