COVID brought us into a whole new world when it came to buying a bike, especially a high end bike. Typically no one has any sort of inventory to think of especially in my size. He said he could get it transferred to the store so I could actually touch it and see if I liked it. There was no pressure or commitment to buy it. He said, "if you don't like it, don't buy it!" I really felt like he just wanted to see me happy and with the bike that I wanted. Throughout the buying process he kept in touch with me, but it wasn't in an overbearing way, just making sure I felt I was being taken care of. When it came to actually purchasing the bike it was the best buying experience I've ever had. Like many industries right now, it's a buyers market. I would buy a bike from him again in a heartbeat. He's not just a guy selling bikes, he's become a friend.”
