“I went to this location yesterday with my friend, and I just had to say that I have never received such amazing customer service at a clothing store. All of the staff I spoke with were extremely nice and welcoming, but Hannah genuinely went above and beyond for my friend and I.
Hannah was attentive and helpful yet not overbearing in the way that many sales associates can be. She was honest with us as customers while we were trying on jeans, and seemed to genuinely care about helping us find what we needed. She was also very knowledgeable about the products, proper care for the jeans, and common wear/tear and how to avoid it.
I probably ran her ragged with the amount of jeans I tried on, but she never complained and seemed invested in making sure I got the perfect fit. I ended up buying 4 pairs and I couldn’t be happier.
It’s rare that I find jeans that I like and that fit me well, so the selection that this store had, combined with the attentive staff was a god send.
Besides Hannah, my friend and I were also helped by another associate whose name I never caught. She had dark hair and a black floral tattoo on her arm. She was so friendly and talkative but had to go on her break so Hannah took over. It was refreshing to see staff work seamlessly together and make sure their customers are taken care of even during a shift change/break.
The staff were casual and friendly enough to have fun conversations with my friend and I, while remaining professional.

“I didn't buy anything, but this was a really nice H&M. They had a really nice selection. Not the largest H&M that I've been to but it does the job. It seems like sample stores in this particular venue are on the smaller side.”

There was another woman with glasses that took the time to help me find a size in a graphic tee and was willing to find the size. She informed me other options as well if they didn’t have the size needed.

I did not feel rushed during the photoshoot which I felt was very important given babies tend to cry. These ladies made sure my baby’s photos came out great and they did exactly that! Shopping experience was great with a very wide variety of clothes in good, almost new condition and all sizes. I love that it’s affordable; honestly don’t even bother buying new clothes from Target, Carter’s, Huggies, etc., since you’ll find all those brands here. You can get 10 for $10 bodysuits (or $1.50 each) sleepers for $2.50-3.50 each, and more.

Can’t speak for the selling experience personally but as far as I could see while browsing, employees were very nice and accommodating. Those who are leaving bad reviews about selling (or reading them), please keep in mind that the store is absolutely PACKED with items and selling them for lower than retail. It’s completely understandable that they may not accept everything, appear busy, and give you a “low” price!”
