A very nice salesperson named Michael spent a LOT of time walking me through the different tablet options, from notepads to ebooks to regular full service tablets, talking me through all the options with patience and great information. I finally settled on what I came in for, on the promise that I had two weeks to return it if it wasn't damaged. I'm incredibly happy with the service I received, and Michael promised to alert the store about the display issue.”
“When I went, it was busy. I was just purchasing a new phone, but the wait was 30 min. As we were waiting it seemed like they had reps available but just hovering certain areas to answer questions. Not sure if that was a valuable use of their time when there was a busy long line. But when i finally reached a sales person, he was knowledgeable and quick and I was out of there in 10 min.”
