“I would like to recognize Noah for going above and beyond the call of duty. He is, without a doubt, the best and most helpful customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment we walked in until everything was completely resolved, Noah was there every step of the way. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we were taken care of. His outstanding attitude and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. Noah's exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized. “These people are great and their products are awesome! I have a Kyocera DuraForce Pro primarily because I am hard on stuff and I need something durable. Their Rugged Shield case makes it even more so! Then, when I managed to break the holster part of the case (through no fault of its own, a long drop onto concrete - but it protected the phone!), they sent me a new holster piece without charge! NCP should be proud of their products and customer service!”

“We went into Verizon simply planning to upgrade our son’s phone, but July made the entire experience so much better than we expected! He took the time to review our existing plan, which was pretty outdated, and helped us find a newer option with better features that actually made more sense financially once we factored in our wireless service and streaming subscriptions. July was patient, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He made what could have been a complicated process incredibly smooth and easy. Really appreciate the great service and would absolutely recommend working with July!”

“Getting there: From the 10 fwy, take the exit for Archibald, head north, and make a left onto Foothill. You'll find the store on your right. The parking lot is big but can get crowded during peak times. Experience: I absolutely love this Target location! The store is well-organized, clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus, they have a fantastic selection of products, and I always leave with more than I intended to buy. This Target location will always have you covered.”
