Hilo Auto Service: complete auto repair, tires, body shop and rent a car. The service provided is superb from top to bottom with professionalism and courtesy. The fast, reliable and friendly service is admired. Pricing is better than average and the quality is unparalleled. The shop took oil change, oil leak, transmission issue and vehicle inspection quickly and thoroughly. Staff was explaining everything needed and even stay late after closing to finish forms. A mechanic you can trust. Definitely come back for services.

I went to a Firestone Auto Care location for a lift inspection, but they told me they only had one mechanic and I’d have to wait a few hours or leave the car there. So, I turned to ChatGPT, which recommended Hilo Auto Service—and those were the best 20 minutes I spent all day. Excellent service; highly recommended.
