“I own a 2017 Chevy Silverado with 91K miles on it. As luck would have it, the transmission started slipping on February 26, 2026. I read the reviews for Rancho Transmission, so I gave them a try.
I met Sal on February 27, 2026, and he seemed honest and fair. I left my truck with him and he said the truck would be ready by March 5th. True to his word, it was ready and it drives like new. The price was fair too. Also, the warranty is excellent (18 month, unlimited miles.) I would highly recommend Rancho Transmission!”

“On 4/13, we had our car serviced due to a check engine light. We were having issues with an engine misfire so they ran diagnostics and a code for replacing the throttle/ pedal sensor showed up. The next day they replaced the throttle body and acceleration pedal and told us our car was ready. The car felt great as I drove it home and before I made it home the light came back on again.

The next morning I drove it back and complained. I came in for an engine misfire and they replaced something else. They were very kind and understanding and offered to make it right. They replaced the coil and igniter that was having issues. Since that day we haven't had a single misfire issue. Thank you Hilo for making it right.”
