“Above and beyond!!! From the first phone call I made to the shop to the time I picked up my car, Sal and his team at Rancho Transmission were amazing!!!! Not only are the priced reasonably, they genuinely care about your vehicle and your satisfaction. I have to say that I am awkwardly happy and excited about having my transmission rebuilt - which is something I never feel when facing automotive repairs. You don't need to search any further - Sal stands behind his work, cares about his customers and takes the time to explain what work needs to be done. I cannot recommend them enough! Frankly, I wish Sal ran every home and automotive type business out there - you don't find many owners like him anymore, so cherish him and trust your vehicle will come out better than before. I have a 2010 Lincoln TownCar with 212,000 miles and everyone always remarked how well it drives and how smooth it is --- well, I can honestly say it drives even better now than it did 200k miles ago. Not to mention: Sal told me my car would be done on a Wednesday (which I naturally assumed was mechanic speak for Friday), and on Monday morning he called saying it was all ready to be picked up - I was excited to be getting it earlier than expected (and I didn't pay a dime over the original quote).... No up sells, nonsense or games - just good, honest people taking care of their customers. Check them out and you will be amazed - I promise, youll be equally delighted when you leave.”

“Honestly it's the best place to go, we took our dog in after a call in, and they instantly knew who out dog was, they had friendly staff who was very informative about what happens and how everything works, the check in prosses was so fast, I was in and out within 15 mins, already loveing the place. “Trustworthy and honest shop! I called around looking for someone to repair my truck after my Ford C6 transmission failed catastrophically leaving me stranded on the side of the road. After calling several places, Ismael made me feel comfortable over the phone and gave me ballpark quotes from the worst possible scenario to the best. I got a tow and drop off for my truck that same day (Thursday). They were able to get me in right away and told me that they would have a diagnosis by Friday and most likely repaired by Monday. In less than 24 hours they had my truck completely repaired, test driven, and the total was less than the original quote! These guys had the entire job completed early, under budget, and done right. “My car has 36k miles on it and was making a weird squeaky noise when I would put it in reverse or drive. I called the dealership and they quoted me $225 just to diagnose the issue. I decided to get a brake inspection before taking it in and it turns out, I needed brakes! I was told the rear brakes needed to be replaced and I had about 30% left in the front. I had them both replaced at the same time and it took a little over an hour. Noise went away so I cancelled my appointment at the dealership. Thank you for the honest, great service!”

I also came in for coolant leaks, cam adjusters, and other problems I had with my vehicle. He does an exponential job at what he does and deserves a 1000/10. “I just got my motor mounts and oil level sensor replaced last weekend. I got to say they are super good about communicating. They were able to get me in the next day with parts and install. They were able to turn it around really quick too. I dropped it off on Friday at 5 pm and I was already driving it again the next day at 10 AM.
