“I own a 2017 Chevy Silverado with 91K miles on it. As luck would have it, the transmission started slipping on February 26, 2026. I read the reviews for Rancho Transmission, so I gave them a try.
I met Sal on February 27, 2026, and he seemed honest and fair. I left my truck with him and he said the truck would be ready by March 5th. True to his word, it was ready and it drives like new. The price was fair too. Also, the warranty is excellent (18 month, unlimited miles.) I would highly recommend Rancho Transmission!”

“Alex is very knowledgeable and kind, and I highly recommend him. I was driving my Toyota when my oil light came on, then loud noise started, which I thought was a jackhammer at first. I drove home which I was told was a mistake. I was so sure that the engine was ruined that I started calling around for prices for engine replacements. When I talked to Alex, he offered to look at the vehicle to make sure the engine was ruined. Turns out it was fine, but a hose was broken and leaking the oil out! He fixed it right away and checked out other issues such as removing a rag which had somehow found its way into the engine and was affecting the airflow from the air conditioner!”
“We have been coming here for over 20 years. I have no complaints. Al Does a thorough check of the car and writes thorough notes, letting us know how our battery is, tires, tops off fluids and checks how the brakes are doing. Rotates our tires, changes are oil and make sure our cars are in top condition.”
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting JR Automotive, where Jason changed out my light bulbs, including some special LED ones I provided. Let me tell you, Jason elevates customer service and auto repair to an entirely new level! He replaced six light bulbs at a more competitive rate than I found at five other places.
What impressed me most was his ability to accommodate my special bulbs—no other shop was willing to install them. Jason got me in within a day, while other places asked me to drop off my car and wait a day or two for a callback.
Now, let’s talk about Jason’s customer service. He treated me like a real person, with no pressure to buy anything, no disparaging comments about other garages, just straightforward, honest conversation. I was so impressed with him that I drove an hour and twenty minutes out of my way to have him work on my car. That speaks volumes!”

“I took my jeep wrangler here after hitting a hydrant doing about 50 mph. Front end was crushed inward. I was surprised it wasn't totaled out. Extensive front end damage. I brought it to F&A and the owner and son were so confident that they could save it. They gave me a run down of what they would need to do and they got straight to work. Best desision I have ever made. I got it back last week and it was beautiful, it looked brand new. It runs great, you literally can not tell it was in a major accident.The paint job was perfect. Im so happy with their service. They kept me informed during the whole process, I knew it was in good hands. “On 4/13, we had our car serviced due to a check engine light. We were having issues with an engine misfire so they ran diagnostics and a code for replacing the throttle/ pedal sensor showed up. The next day they replaced the throttle body and acceleration pedal and told us our car was ready. The car felt great as I drove it home and before I made it home the light came back on again.
The next morning I drove it back and complained. I came in for an engine misfire and they replaced something else. They were very kind and understanding and offered to make it right. They replaced the coil and igniter that was having issues. Since that day we haven't had a single misfire issue. Thank you Hilo for making it right.”

“Ready for my grandmother in law's smog check, we were so sad when we saw that Al's was no longer open since she had been going to him for around 30 years. My husband and I had no idea where to go next but thankfully we came across PC Auto repair because of its owner, Quan who came out to check on us since we were across the parking lot at Al's old shop. Quan was super great and very nice. He took a look at the van did a great job explaining what needed to be done on my husband's grandmother's van and he gave us a great deal. “I have been looking for a part for my generator for the last month that is on National backorder. I went to Inland Rv, Asked Shelly if they had this part. she searched and said it was not available. Then she asked me how old is your Generator? I said it's about 30 years old. She went in the back, dug out a box of old parts and found this part for me. inland Rv, always goes the extra mile! This is just another example that they have gone out of their way for not just me, but all their other customers. I came in very upset because of scratches on my car, and they took the time to look at everything carefully and figure out the best solution. They did an amazing job, and I was honestly so relieved and grateful.
