Then the Employee who was on top of her customer service game came into the scene and was phenomenal! Fatima was very very professional, patient and kind! Made upgrading an even greater experience many smiles and laughter was shared throughout the entire upgrading process!!!! This t-mobile knows how to hire people! Keep up the good work : )”

“Walked in to get help transferring apps and data from my old phone to the new phone. The first guy who helped me didn't take time to understand my reservations or concerns. He just barreled through the process without consulting me. I expressed my frustration and he just disconnected everything and said he was going to get someone else to help me and walked away. Trust me, that experience was enough to make me put a 1 star on this review. But the manager did his due diligence to try and understand and make me happy. He listened to my concerns about the previous rep as well as my phone. He took the time to explain the processes and give his opinion about the different products I was working with. He was helpful.”
