“Purchased online from Texas. First Ms. Seham helped me in selecting the right sofa set with measurements and availability to fit my small formal living room. I had few questions about the look of furniture front and back as the catalog pictures did not show the full front of the sofa. She sent me pictures to clarify. Once the selection was done and paid, just waited for the out of state delivery. When it was ready she sent a video of the packaged items that are getting delivered. On the day of delivery she kept me updated with the delivery time. Delivery guys are courteous and did a wonderful job bringing them in and took the trash out. Twice, the bar stools that were delivered were defective so I rejected the delivery. The store replaced the defective bar stools without a problem and has accepted to replace our custom sofa by making us a new sofa. I originally discovered this company by searching online for dinosaur statuary. I already had several dinosaurs in my backyard, from other sources, but I wanted to have a little more variety. Going to this place was the best decision I ever made. I originally purchased 2 small and 2 medium/large metal dinosaurs at the end of last year. I have been so extremely pleased with them that I was compelled to go back again. I purchased 2 more medium/large metal dinosaurs this past week. I am happy to say that some of the dinosaurs that are featured on their website are already, or soon will be, residing in my backyard. These metal dinosaurs are designed and handcrafted by Gilbert. There are some for sale at the store or they can be custom made. Gilbert is a highly skilled and intuitive artisan. My old review still applies:This Office Depot is small, but I can usually find the few items I use on a regular basis such as printer ink and printer paper. Because of supply chain issues caused by Covid, there were a few times when they didn't haven the printer ink I needed. I always check the clearance items and have found small things I wasn't looking for but were practical and will make great gifts.”

“I purchased my gas grill, grill island and a gas pizza oven from BBQ Island Warehouse. My experience was great. The salespeople and the owner of the company were helpful and worked hard to make the installation as smooth as possible. The only issue was that the lead in time to receive my items. The company orders materials from vendors in other countries. However BBQ Island Warehouse was honest and upfront about supply chain issues that they were facing (This was during COVID). Other than that I could not be happier with my experience.”
