“I submitted pre approval applications with 2 different lenders before getting introduced to Shyam and his team. To be honest, I was very disgruntled with what I was getting approved for prior to meeting Shyam because I knew my income and credit score were stronger than what I was getting approved for. I consider extremely myself lucky to have switched realtors because my realtor, Charles Velasco introduced me to Shyam and his team.
