“Approximately a few months ago, Eddie helped me refinance my home. When I originally started the process with a different loan officer, I felt overwhelmed and confused by the entire process, which made me second-guess refinancing so I initially stopped the process. Shortly after this, I was referred to Eddie by a friend and my experience with Eddie was completely different and excellent! Eddie was patient and thoroughly explained the refinancing process to me. He was available whenever I needed a question answered or needed help filling out paperwork, and I was impressed by how quickly he responded to me either via phone/email. I appreciated that Eddie took the time to make sure I understood the process and that I was comfortable each step of the way. Overall, refinancing ended up being easier than I expected and I contribute this to having such a knowledgeable/thorough loan officer! “I've engaged with different lenders in the past through my personal work experience and I have seen unresponsive Loan Officers and/or very pushy Loan Officers with clients without ensuring clients have a true understanding of where exactly they stand within the buying process. I reached out to Guild Mortgage hoping to work with Jess or Juan because from their previous clients I always heard great things and from the working side, I can say they are on it and look to get their clients moving quickly from one step to the next. I was a bit concerned when I was assigned to a different Loan Officer. I am so glad we gave Danny the opportunity to work with us. Danny was always friendly and very communicative. He ensured we understood every step of the way. He said to call with any questions and he meant that. Never struggled to get a hold of him and he was very responsive via e-mail too. He made sure we felt heard and involved throughout the whole process. Although LOs depend on purchases to get commission, Danny never made us feel like just another number nor was ever pushy on moving forward with anything. I also know my share of Real Estate agents and Realtors but we decided to try the The Realtor he referred us to. He was just as great and was always a call or text away. They truly made a great team and I will 100% be referring friends and family to them.”

“WARNING to consumers for bank cards; debit... Understand how your chip enabled cards impact your ability to file claims if your funds are stolen through fraud. We used our chip enabled Capital One issued card, at an ATM and our funds were accessed and lost over $1000 through ATM theft. Capital One denied our claim for a refund of stolen funds, the reason being- use of chip enabled card at an ATM that was chip enabled? Doesn't make any sense, theft is theft. And always follow up with a police report too!”
