They contacted me with the initial information, again when they had questions about further service and finally when the car was ready for pickup. “Oscar is an amazing mechanic. I first had an oil leak that was causing my exhaust to smoke the first time I came to his shop and he fixed it within days. I also came in for coolant leaks, cam adjusters, and other problems I had with my vehicle. He does an exponential job at what he does and deserves a 1000/10. Definitely recommend this to anyone that owns a German vehicle.”

“Honestly it's the best place to go, we took our dog in after a call in, and they instantly knew who out dog was, they had friendly staff who was very informative about what happens and how everything works, the check in prosses was so fast, I was in and out within 15 mins, already loveing the place. I heavily recommend this place as a dog hotel to people looking last minute, and be prepared to be in and out and a very friendly staff!!”

“I just got my motor mounts and oil level sensor replaced last weekend. I got to say they are super good about communicating. They were able to get me in the next day with parts and install. They were able to turn it around really quick too. I dropped it off on Friday at 5 pm and I was already driving it again the next day at 10 AM. Their prices are great and the customer service has been really good too. I have a 5 series BMW and they took really good care of it.”

“Honest service. Didn't give me the run around like other shops do for my old car (1981 BMW 320i). Takes longer to test but that is California's fault, not the shop. Gave me 2 hour estimate and called me on time when it was ready.”

“This was my 3rd time getting an oil change here. Prices are high but definitely worth it for anyone who wants their oil done quickly. Workers knew what they were doing and didn't make a mistake when I went. They didn't try to push extra services but they did let me know what is recommended. Before paying they listed everything I was charged for, which is good because I didn't see any "hidden" fees. Good service, I'd be happy to come again.”
