I would suggest to them to either open earlier or stay open an hour later for those of us who work the same hours you do since you're also closed on the weekend. Huge inconvenience for us.”

You will always walk into good energy especially from their amazing store manager! followed by happy cashiers and all employees! Cashiers and Baggers are super sweet and fast , I've seen the lines long on thanksgiving but WOW cashier and baggers handled it like pros! “I was having trouble getting my medication filled from CVS and one other pharmacy flagged me because I was on different doses of the same medication with in a certain amount of time because my Dr was trying to get the right dosage for me. I moved from Victorville to Fontana and lost all my meds due to confusion. I have no Dr now because of the move and the Dr I saw here took back the prescription after CVS refused to fill it and told me to find another Dr. This medicine is non controlled and non narcotic. I had to go to urgent care to ask for a new prescription. No pharmacy was willing to fill and I couldn't believe how they can just reject me like that when I was just trying to get help. Haven came through and got me what I needed and I was so grateful and will be going to them from now on. Thank you so much”

She immediately tells us the aisle number and which side of the aisle. She nailed it. Checked out with her and she's as good with the register as she is with aisle numbers! “I had a long day at the oncologist with my dog and went to get his prescription filled afterward. The first pharmacy couldn’t process it because they thought info was missing, so I left empty-handed. I tried another pharmacy, but they were closed. Finally, I went to Ralph’s pharmacy, and the pharmacist there (initials NP) ran into the same issue — but instead of sending me away, she took the time to investigate and found the info she needed to get it filled. I really appreciated her going the extra mile. If she hadn’t, I would’ve been out of luck, and my dog really needed that medication. Thank you, NP — you made a hard day a little easier. ?”
