“My wife and I visited Macy’s Backstage at Victoria Gardens after a friend recommended it. It’s on the second floor of the main Macy’s—just take the escalator up.
The store is neat, organized, and has great deals on clothes, accessories, and home goods. The employees are very nice, and we’ve found some amazing bargains.

“They have a lot of great items for really good prices — clothes, toys, home decor, you name it! This location was really nice overall. However, the only downside was an employee named Nina, whose attitude made the experience less enjoyable.”
“I had such a pleasant experience at this location on Haven, in Rancho Cucamonga, I had an incident and the manager I believe by the name of Ralphie took it upon himself to make sure that I was taken care of and left as a satisfied customer. Even though he didn't have to. Some people just go above and beyond and Ralphie did exactly just that. I applaud this man, and look forward to seeing him and his staff again in the very near future.
