“Moving is an incredibly stressful experience, especially when the shift involves downsizing. Both Ruth and Mark made the transition SO MUCH easier. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service (on the phone + in person), ensuring that everything goes as smoothly as possible and greeting everyone with kindness. Their job is not an easy one, but they handle everything with such grace.
My mom's and my experience with them was so lovely that both our immediate and extended family members followed suit, becoming Stor-N-Lock clients themselves.

“The sun and its UV rays quietly take a toll on RVs and boats over the years. Paint fades, seals dry out, graphics age, and interiors suffer. If you want to keep your RV or boat looking as close to new as possible, indoor storage is one of the best investments you can make. That's when I found Premiere in Rancho Cucamonga.
The other reason I’d recommend this place is Jose. He’s the person you’ll deal with (and manager), and he’s outstanding. He’s always friendly, thoughtful, and makes sure your trailer or boat is ready when you arrive. Great customer service like that is hard to find.
The pricing is surprisingly reasonable. I pay only about $100 more per month than I was paying in Las Vegas for a space that offered only roof coverage and partial side protection. Here, my entire Airstream is stored completely indoors.
If you have the opportunity to get a space here, don’t hesitate. If you’ve invested a lot in your RV or boat and want to protect it for years to come, this is the place to do it. And say hi to Jose-”

I now have two spaces here, and he not only helped me find the best one for the best price, but also legit saved me from heatstroke last weekend when I was there moving alone in the heat wave and I ran out of water (never been more thankful for a bottle of water in my life).”
“This storage facility is kept up with , clean, and feels like belongings are safe !! I had a wonderful experience with an associate named Aaron , he was very polite and informative. Aaron showed me different sized storages without and issue. The process was simple and straight to the point. The prices here are affordable. The storages were very clean. There is also 24/7 digital video recording with alarm systems.”
“I used this storage facility for a few years, and I always had a positive experience. The managers were always decent towards me, and very fair. I always loved the fact that my monthly storage rate never increased in the 3 plus years I stored belongings there. This was important to me, because bigger commercial companies like public storage and the like, constantly raise your rates for reasons of greed. Overall, this facility is highly recommended by me, and I'm sure you will have a great experience there too.”
