“Great experience from start to finish. I worked with Dan, who provided exceptional service throughout the process.
I ordered a 20ft one-trip container delivered to my home, and both Dan and the driver truly went above and beyond. They managed to fit the container into a tight 9-foot space between my house and a wall and set it down exactly where I needed it. Thanks to their precision, I only had to do a small amount of leveling afterward.
The container arrived in excellent condition, no complaints.
I was initially hesitant to spend thousands without seeing it beforehand, but everything turned out even better than expected. Best price around and great service!

Security is very good, I showed up at 9:00pm, and they were there doing the rounds and checked in immediately. They are currently helping me coordinate a shipper picking my car up. Also being close to the airport it handy. 10/10 would recommend.”

“It's hard to get overly enthusiastic about truck rental centers, but I have to give this Center 5 stars. And I do not award five stars very easily. We are in the process of moving my son and we needed a 26-foot truck. Since we will be driving to his new home for three days, we had checked in early with Mr Patel, the manager, and discuss how important it was for us to get a newer truck that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. He explained to us that trucks come and go and he doesn't always have control over it, but he would do what he can. Mr. Patel was able to wrangle us a new 26-foot truck that doesn't smell like smoke and he gave us a great deal all around. It's a one way drop-off and he gave us tips on how to save money with leaving it in another state. He also gave us a great deal on a utility dolly rental. I have not always had great experiences renting box trucks, but Mr Patel did a great job and I highly recommend this U-Haul rental center. The Patels tried to be as accommodating as they possibly can be. They are very customer-oriented!”
