My first visit before my rental start date Tyrone helped me with all their basic information I needed to be ready. To include telling me how to access the gate and setup my account online. He also had someone show me my unit. Awesome service and professionalism even before day 1.

“We've had several trailers here for 8 years. Our family has had trailers and campers parked here for probably 25+ years. The place is very clean and well kept. Nothing ever stolen. Security seems tight. Be sure to lock the gave after EVERY vehicle or pay the consequences of a stern phone call.... Don't fool around with the gates. Free ice, free water, free dump, pretty good deal for a safe location. They only take checks, very old school. The low scores reviews on here are because one of the owners can be very blunt. She's running a business and takes a lot of crap from stupid people.... Be nice to her and she'll be nice back to you”
“Judy is AMAZING!!!! I walked in after doing a very long move and she made sure I was taken care of! Her empathy and customer service was by far the best I’ve ever seen! I don’t see myself going to any other storage anymore! This place is clean organized and security is great! They even have a moving truck to use! Reserve online these units go quick! Plus it’s in a very safe and nice area ! Thank you Judy so much for everything , you’ve made it easy and Comfortable ! Five stars to Judy representing universal self storage !
