Went to UPS, line was wrapped around and kept growing, Scamus had a great attitude even though he was short staffed

I've had a box at this UPS location since 2017 and have always received excellent customer service. The staff is fast and friendly. Those leaving negative reviews probably had their energy returned. Treat others with kindness and respect if that's how you'd like to be treated.
