“Very convenient UPS store when stopping by Trader Joes or any other shop in this center. It may be a bit further for me to drive, but I will stop at this UPS store when needed and in this center. Customer service has been great, very quick and efficient. Usually all items fully stocked and very clean.”
“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”
