I have never received such incredible customer service at any retail store!!! Eli went above and beyond in every possible way. He was friendly, patient, understanding, professional, and truly listened to what we were looking for. It felt like having a personal stylist!
Eli took the time to bring several styles and sizes directly to the fitting room and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We drove all the way from Palm Springs, and it was 100% worth it. We’ll absolutely be back to shop with Eli and I’m bringing my whole family next time. The jeans here are the BEST! Great quality and amazing fit! You will not regret it!

The store is neat, organized, and has great deals on clothes, accessories, and home goods. The employees are very nice, and we’ve found some amazing bargains.

“I came shopping here for a dress for family photos. The employee was very kind and helped me pick out a dress that I was drawn to despite being out of my norm. I tried it on and LOVED it. I came back a month later to help my adult son pick out a charm bracelet for his fiancé and the employee remembered me and the dress. I showed her pictures from our family pics and she was so sweet. I have since been back to shop their great sale on Black Friday and to get a charm necklace for my teenage daughter. The store is clean, pretty, and smells wonderful. I like to browse through whenever I’m in DTR.”

“My experience today far exceeds any I have had in other establishments. I’m a frequent customer of fabletics, but I was having difficulties using a gift card I had purchased. After speaking with card services and having quite the run around they were unwilling to help me with the issue. I called into the store and spoke with Stevie. Stevie is a representative at the storefront at my local mall and from the moment I explained my issue she was thorough and attentive. She not only heard me but went above and beyond in ensuring that the issue was corrected. I’m am very appreciative and she is the reason I will continue bringing my business to the store.”

“This old navy is huge. It is clean and tidy and the customer service is excellent. There’s always someone to ask for help. Also I seen employees making sure the clothes were properly folded and in its place. There’s so many choices of clothing to choose from and there’s always a sale going on. The clothes are good quality, price is decent and customer service is great, I’ll be coming here more often!”

“Me and my fiancee when the White House Black Market and the clothes was beautiful, very comfortable, and looks very good. I brought an outfits that fitted my fiancee. And of course they are high quality, as I would expect from White House Black Market. Very reasonably priced too! Dj was beyond helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us at every corner. It is so wonderful to find such phenomenal service and friendliness. It was amazing experience shopping at the White House Black Market. Would definitely recommend and go treat yourself or your lady.”

Good selection of sizes .A lot of it is grossly overpriced for polyester stuff . There is 2 part one man one woman which is great .there is dressing room in the back . On an other note they are now charging 10c for a plastic bag very disappointed.”

“Located on 4th St. Plenty of parking in front. I like to browse at different stores because not all stores get the exact same product or some sell out faster the other places. I found several merchandise here that I don't normally see at the one closer to my home, which is nice because I'll probably come back here to pick them up. It's nice checking out items without the hassle of a sale person hovering nearby.”
“I follow an influencer who swears buy their wireless bras. I ordered a strapless one online (lived it) and one of the wireless ones, but wasn't a fan so I needed to exchange it.
Drove over here today and Janet and another employee (didn't catch her name, maybe she was the manager?) were very friendly. I told them about my exchange and that I wanted to take advantage of the 40% off sale and get a couple new bras. I prefer wireless and the one whose name I didn't catch was very knowledgeable in several and suggested a few, even one that seems popular with the employees. I grabbed a few different ones, and Janet quickly got me set up in a fitting room. I was unsure about one, so a few mins later, Janet came to check on me, so I just opened the door and asked for her advice. She measured me and made a few suggestions in a very friendly & helpful manner. I ended up leaving with 3 new bras at a great price and would definitely come back. I didn't feel annoyed with employees hounding me for a sale, it's not an overwhelmingly big store with too many options, and the quality seems really good. Take advantage of their sales and rewards perks!”
