After searching the store for nearly two hours and feeling like I was going crazy looking for them, Laurie took the time to help me search and genuinely cared about helping me find them.
What impressed me most was that she didn’t stop once the keys were found—she actually came out to the parking lot to locate me and make sure I got them back. That level of customer service is rare and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.”

“I accidentally left my dress at home the other day, and had very limited time after work to find a solution as a recipient of an honor award. After trying a few places, my final option was Macys at the Colonies Crossroads. I now had just over an hour and had failed on 4 options. While hanging up the dresses, Candace assisted me, saw what I was looking for, and immediately began looking for alternate sizing in the back. She helped me shop. Literally. Within 15 minutes, we found the dress. Within 5 min she found the perfect shoes in a size hidden away in the back.
Sounds like just a nice act, but in that moment- it really was a Good Samaritan who understood my fatigue, heard the need, and literally made it happen.”
“This establishment is located in downtown Upland and has a large inventory of memorabilia. I’m sure you’ll find something that pleases you. The customer service is excellent, Annie the owner is courteous and friendly she has been at this location for many years serving the community. We enjoyed our visit to her Boutique. We’ll be visiting again soon.”

“Very difficult to find as GPS directs you to the car wash. You have to wind through construction but the store itself is a treasure trove of Daisy, Girl Scout and Senior Scout needs. Very helpful staff.”

As always with resale shops...I was surprised with what she bought and didn't buy but I was pleasantly surprised with the fair offer for those she purchased.
