I had scheduled 5 estimates of which 4 showed up and 3 gave me pricing. Sacha came out and measured and I pretty much knew that I would hire them before I even got the estimate. I did not have time to go to their showroom in Palm Desert before I left. They sent me some samples by mail but ultimately I found a carpet I liked at a store in Seattle. “We hired Prestige to not only do our flooring, inside the house and our 3 patio areas, but also renovate our home with new windows, new doors, electrical work, plumbing work, etc. etc. The work was done on time, the work was done as professionally as I have ever seen work done, and for the cost quoted: no overruns, no nickel and diming, NO EXCUSES, just absolute attention by the owner to every detail. We are very picky people and we have no complaints.
Okay, so the job was completed end of February 2025. End of May, because of seeping water that no one could have foreseen, tiles on our back patio popped up. We called Prestige. Within 3 days they had a crew out to our house: no argument, no hemming and hawing, just standing behind their work, totally fixed the problem. These are excellent people to do business with.”
