“I had never been to an Ethan Allen store before and my best friend (who Manages a Calico luxury fabric and drape store in Pasadena) suggested that I try them for a couch that I was shopping for. We went into the Rancho Mirage store and had the pure pleasure of working with May Ichazov. They had the exact couch that I wanted and I was able to choose from a variety of fabrics. the best part was it happened to be during one of their sales so it was a win win. The couch was delivered the other day (several weeks early I might add) and it is perfect! I wanted to thank both May and Ethan Allen for a wonderful experience. I will be back......”

Spoke to Manager Felipe Nunez, and told him what I wanted and couldn’t believe the service.
He not only found me gold and cream swivel counter stools…I absolutely love them and they look fabulous in our new kitchen.

“Alex was incredibly patient with us, showing us multiple options to meet our needs. He told us the pros and cons of each umbrella and how they functioned. He was so easy to talk to and understood our needs. He not only sold us a floor model and told us how to assemble, but took it down and loaded it in our vehicle. He sent us a video on the product and then the next day took the time to call and see if we had difficulty setting the umbrella up or had questions. Alex exhibited exceptional customer service… What a great employee!!!”
“Because of the dimensions of my room I couldn't find a sectional that would work. My decorator brought me here. Chester, who runs the store, couldn't have been nicer and was very helpful.There was a slight problem with a seam on one of the pieces and they took it to replace, no problem. For some reason, I can't see the other reviews but would like to know why they are only rated with less than 5 stars.”

Called back the next day, and Patty had researched added chairs for us even before she knew we would call back, and had us all set in short order with exactly what we wanted. Even the items at other locations they rounded up quickly. Looking forward to the delivery and set up for use by the end of the week! Very good service and quality product.”
