Called back the next day, and Patty had researched added chairs for us even before she knew we would call back, and had us all set in short order with exactly what we wanted. Even the items at other locations they rounded up quickly. Looking forward to the delivery and set up for use by the end of the week! Very good service and quality product.”
“I had never been to an Ethan Allen store before and my best friend (who Manages a Calico luxury fabric and drape store in Pasadena) suggested that I try them for a couch that I was shopping for. We went into the Rancho Mirage store and had the pure pleasure of working with May Ichazov. They had the exact couch that I wanted and I was able to choose from a variety of fabrics. the best part was it happened to be during one of their sales so it was a win win. The couch was delivered the other day (several weeks early I might add) and it is perfect! I wanted to thank both May and Ethan Allen for a wonderful experience. I will be back......”

“My 3.5yo loves this place. We go to walk around and she usually ends up taking home 1 or 2 animal figurines. Most employees are very nice and recognize us now. We stopped taking our wagon stroller in because there are 2 employees (older lady and younger man) that would follow us around like we were going to take something and it was very uncomfortable. My daughter has sensory sensitivity so her wagon is a calming space for her with a cover and sound machine if she needs a break from lights, movement or sounds. We visit a little less often because of this but overall hobby lobby has all of my craft supplies for crochet, cross stitch, sewing and my kid likes it there ??”

“We got a Fanimation Kute5 52” matte white fan with a light kit. It was installed last week, and we love it so far. The installation went perfectly and was done quickly and with quality. Patty Rosas helped to pick the fan, and I really appreciate all her help. We have bought 5 fans from Fan Diego and will do business with them again.”
“I went here yesterday looking for fabric to reupholster some chairs. The salesperson, Irma was awesome!! I told her what my vision was and that I hadn't seen anything that I thought would work. She then showed me two aisles of fabric I had missed and she picked out a bolt that had all the colors I wanted. We looked at a couple more and both of us went back to the first bolt. Thanks to her I am going to get a new look for my dining room and bar stools. She was so pleasant and helpful, I feel like I made a new friend. Plus this store is amazing with all the different crafts they have.”
