Terrible Accounting! I received a bill dated 07/27/23 and Paid it online 8/2/23 and they just called asking for a payment 8/4/23! Total Time 8 days! She said it takes 2 weeks sometimes for their payments to post! They are either broke or Incompetent!

I also received a bill after the fact for something I didn't need to do, but the doctor said it was covered under my insurance and no payment was collected. I feel as though they didn't collect so they could bill and stick me with it.

It is very sad that the Business Customer Servicer is responding to SOME massages, but not all. But I am spreading the word about the treatment I got at Milauskas.
