As far as we are concerned, they have been great. Brian Pawly, our showroom consultant, is outstanding. He’s very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He’s been terrific at helping us find exactly what we want. He’s also been wonderful at helping us manage a couple of supply problems when they popped up out of the blue. He’s the best. At this point we’ve received several large orders from them. They arrive as promised and in excellent condition.”

“This review is WAY overdue but had the best experience with this store when renovating my home this past Jan-April. Loved the selections and how easy they made taking samples home (don’t unwrap the tile or you can’t return!). The hours and days open were MUCH better than other local stores which were closed on Sundays. Unless you do this for a living - we need Sundays to get stuff done on the weekends! Anyways, from Wallace, Aaron and the Cashiers - always so accommodating and helpful. I had an issue with a micro crack in a sink vanity and they took it back no problem. I was shocked - I thought for sure I was going to lose money on this. Thank you for making this renovation experience so easy on me! I purchased vinyl flooring, porcelain slabs, ceramic tile and vanities from them and COULD NOT be happier. Have no fear - this company stands behind their product and sells at a great price.”
“The end product is beautiful -- really beautiful! We had ORD replace our main bathroom cabinets sinks and faucets. What was a 1-2 week job as noted in the contract turned out to be way longer. No complaints on the workmanship but Octavio (the owner) desperately needs a little help in project management. This took way longer than I expected. I suggested to him to keep his customers informed. If there are delays -- OK -- but show the order dates and then corresponding proof of delays . Don't start the demo April 1 and then not install the new cabinets until May 16. Octavio made up for mishaps with discounts and things thrown in -- some of which I was unaware were my costs, which he then covered. He did offer a free cabinet over the toilet and roll-out shelving for the doors under the sinks, plus the cabinet pulls. That was generous. My advice to future customers: YES USE ORD but stipulate deadlines in the contract with consequences for not meeting them. Also ask to be outlined in the contract what are the customers' responsibilities as far as buying parts and their costs. Be prepared to prompt Octavio for updates. He responds very quickly. Octavio said he wanted my bathroom project to show the end-product in order to attain the other bathroom remodels and to do my kitchen, but I cannot be without a kitchen for 2 months. Yes -- an impressive end-product. We love it. I'd love to see what he can do for my kitchen, but in a more timely manner.”

He directed me to the perfect tile at the perfect price and provided the best shopping experience I have ever had when buying any home improvement Item the store is super gorgeous, exceptionally clean and A great place to shop. Prices were unbeatable. I was under the impression it would be very expensive compared to big box home improvement stores. Wow!! Was I wrong if I ever need tile countertops or anything else related I wouldn’t go any other place. Bedrosians has won me over.”

“The company does not communicate at all, they do not responding to emails do not contact customers when the tile you order is in, you just have to keep calling them and checking in. Very lame business practice. Update the company called me to address this issue so it looks like they actually are doing some thing which is all you can ask.”

“Went to Leland to get help fixing a gas leak. He sent out a tech who diagnosed the problem but who did not do the underground work to fix it . Leland sent me to Steve Schick who came out, diagnosed the issue and through some creative plumbing work, resolved the problem. That in my opinion is stellar service. greatly appreciated!”
