The golf course, from what I hear, was damaged by a storm. Most of the course in fair shape at best.
I attended a golf tournament. The staff was excellent and attentive to our needs.
Bottom line, would not pay to play here until course is repaired.

Went here to celebrate our 14th anniversary, we had our daughter with us so we figured she'd be entertained with water slides and lazy river...but the lazy river is tiny! The stupid lifeguards won't allow even the adults to be in it without a floating device! It's only 3 feet!!! And we can't be in it without a floaty?? They'll literally embarrass you and blow the whistle and yell to make you put one on or get out We got room 1118 which is next to the electrical room, at 8am the damn workers started taking out the equipment to clean and they could not stop talking! We were all woken up! Super annoying as we obviously stayed up late watching tv. The walls are super duper thin and soon after, we could hear everyone's kids outside heading to the pool worst place to pick for any kind on celebration. Never again!!!! Wish I never came here

The golf course was disappointing! We were charged the full $99 for only 15 holes and only 6 holes were in good shape. That said, I must say they are very nice people in the Pro Shop ... and just today, we heard back from an email I sent with an apology and an adjustment to the green fees we paid. Thank you - that shows they care! I'm optimistic that they'll get the course in better shape later this season.

We came here last summer on a trip with friends and we all had kids with us. I've been here once before about 8 years ago but never wrote a review. It was scorching hot, of course, in the beginning of July, but we knew that when we made the reservation. It's Palm Springs! Look, this is a classy resort. So the prices are high. But I will say that the service was impeccable. Every single staff member seemed to go out of their way to accommodate their guests and you really feel like you can have what you want. I was very impressed, starting from the valet at the front to the food staff. Everyone was super friendly. They have water activites for the kids. Two different pools, one lazy river and two cool water slides. The new pool had just been opened so it was quiet when we wanted to get to a less busy area. I doubt it's still like that. The food everywhere was delicious. We went to the restaurant a couple times and enjoyed our meals. They also had an event for families that weekend where they set up a bunch of water games, slides, a dunk tank (that they let us get into and watch our kids dunk us) etc on the golf course that was a cool different option too. They had a movie night by the pool but that got a but too crowded for us so we skipped it. But I must stress how wonderful the staff and service was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there and will definitely be back sometime.

We stayed at the Omni over a recent weekend for a short quickly prepared trip. Located in Rancho Mirage toward the end of Bob Hope Dr. The property is large with all kinds of areas. The entrance and lobby are grand. They had a very large, well done Christmas tree up. There were several restaurants and bars close to the lobby. The outside patio area had a lot of seating with private fire pits. Really cool set up. We stayed in a recently renovated room. Everything appeared newer. It has with older feel and exterior but updated interiors. I thought it was well done though others did not get the updated rooms. So there could be inconsistencies. The pool areas were nice with lots of umbrellas and chase lounges. Kids area with a lazy river looks fun. R Bar was dead on a Friday but the bar bite tacos were solid. The breakfast buffet was well done and easy. The staff were helpful and courteous. I didn't see the bill but know it wasn't cheap. Overall, we had a great experience but you will pay for it.

I recently stayed at the Omni Resort and my experience was disappointing. The lobby creates a facade of luxury, but the rooms tell a different story. The accommodations were unsanitary, dated, and seemed untouched for over 40 years. The persistent smell of cigarette smoke in my initial room forced me to request a change. Unfortunately, the staff's professionalism left much to be desired. It's crucial for the resort to address these issues promptly for a more enjoyable stay. Furthermore, the lack of attention to detail extended to the pool area. The pool chairs were old, faded, and stained, giving an unkempt feel to what should be a relaxing space. The grounds also suffered from neglect, with landscape lights lying on their sides. It was evident that the overall maintenance and care for these details were lacking, diminishing the overall quality of the resort experience.

Pools, lazy river and slides are fun!! Food at hotel is expensive. Room is nice nothing fancy. We slept pretty well except I got a spider bite on my arm while sleeping the 2nd night. When checking out and seeing the itemized bill, I do not like all the fees! Miscellaneous fees in addition to $40 per day resort fee, $20 per day parking then add more fees and taxes. On top of the $20 per day parking they add a parking fee TAX of $2 a day too. For what? How bogus!! We won't stay here again because of all the extra fees.

I'm on the fence about this location. The rooms are nice. They're clean, comfortable, and service is great. As far as the food... the bar has one very rude bartender (short, longer goatee), and the rest are kinda forgettable. We had an issue at the primary restaurant (I don't think the host told the server we were there so we were forgotten about) but the server was great and made up for it. (Young, long dark hair). Pools and atmosphere are amazing, front desk personnel are great, they just fall a little short on customer service.

We arrived very early and just planned to use the pool, but our room was ready. Front desk staff was super friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, grounds were clean and well maintained. Super easy to connect to Chromecast to show a movie or whatever on the TV. We spent most of the time around the pool. We had no issues getting towels (which were actually pretty big and nice) and there was plenty of seating. There’s poolside service, but I think they were a little overwhelmed as service took a while, but they were really friendly and food came pretty quick once the order was in. You can also pick up drinks and order food at the bar. (Tip: If you don’t need the slides or lazy river the Conchilla pool is bigger, less crowded, and has a splash pad.). Breakfast at Bluember was good, breakfast burrito at Palms was good, but a little on the smaller side. Free ice cream at the front desk! Pool food was also good. It was a little pricey, but that’s pretty normal for a hotel. Several reviews talked about cockroaches. We never saw a single roach anywhere and it didn’t seem like it was a concern. We left a bag of food trash on the floor overnight and that wasn’t an issue. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend a stay.

had my stay completely destroyed by the manager of the bar, the ignorant little so and so stuck his nose into our evening, made some stupid assumptions and completely pi$$ed me off, 3 people having a good time outside on the patio and after 2 drinks he decided we were having too much fun, Interrupted our conversation and said we were cut off. If I wasn't there with my boss we would have definitely had words. I made an official complaint about him later. If you want to have fun, stay clear of the overpriced bar as the bar/restaurant is managed by a .

This is a fantastic resort. I'd come again! Stephany at the front desk was so welcoming and accommodating. She set such a wonderful tone for my trip. It's so refreshing to receive this type of customer service.

Beautiful place to stay, the have everything for you to stay entertained. The staff is nice and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone trying to get away from the city and stay at Palm Springs!
