Unfortunately, it still cost a lot and the package ran into an issue in Italy and was sent back to PostNet after sitting in a warehouse in Italy for more than a month! When I retrieved the package at the PostNet store, Jeff checked on the reason for the return and gave me a full refund. This was great because I am a senior citizen, living on a fixed income. Kudos to Jeff and his PostNet on Dinah Shore in Rancho Mirage!!! They do the THE RIGHT THING for their customers.”
