“This station is always well taken care of, even though it is always pretty busy.
I have a FlexFuel E85 vehicle, and this Arco carries Pearson Fuels ethanol and is the only one around my area that carries it. Prices are always good, although the shopping center can get a bit hectic sometimes when pulling in and out of there. All in all, it's a great fuel station for anyone using E85 or pump gas.”
“Not only do they have fantastic prices on their gasoline. But the gentleman that was working on the day that I went in recently was incredibly kind. I'd been having a hard day and he offered a gesture of kindness that I will never forget and I will always appreciate. I highly recommend them just based on the quality of his character.”
“Consistently has the best prices in the county when you pay cash. Consequently, this gas station stays busy. On top of that, it's small and crammed, so there are usually cars pouring out onto the street. But never been more than a 5 minute wait for a gas pump. The store is closed on Sunday, and not possible to pay with cash, so beware.”
“They have gotten better, pricing-wise, in the last year. They weren't always the best prices (compared to the Morena, Vista and San Marcos locations), but they seem to have the better lines than the Vista location. I attribute that to the demographics of Carlsbad.
Many of the gas station monitors are not very bright people and I have watched them allow people to hold up lines, block traffic, and sit at a pump that's not being used for three and four minutes.
If you ever consider getting the upside app, if you're getting $200 in rebates from upside, spend $60 for a Costco membership and you will save exponentially. More money. Take $0.07 off or $0.50 off, Costco will give you the bigger savings and they use top tier gas exclusively. Plus, Costco gas has tire pressure stations that are free and open during their store business hours”
“Lines are never very long (even at peak times) and gas prices are better than surrounding gas stations. Prices at this Costco are more expensive that most other Costco gas stations in San Diego (~20¢ higher) but worth it for convenience. It is often open later than other Costco gas too”
“Hard to find an honest mechanic in general. I'm lucky to find Mr. Son's shop who is very kind and honest. Took my niece's car here twice and I have no complaints. They fixed the car right away and haven't had issues since.”
“I love this gas station so much, always cheaper than the surrounding stations and they have updated their payment systems at the pumps recently. The workers have always been very helpful and kind and the store stocks good stuff. There is also a make your own shake out of ice cream machine inside that is pretty cool. They also have some food hot and ready.”

“They just installed a brand new car wash. It is so much better than the old equipment. It is touch free only!! The cheap wash did a great job of getting my SUV. Also you can wash a dully truck in there, so wide no tracks on the floor. Also you get a discount for gas when you wash you car!!!! Yay also everybody is so nice.”

“This is the only Arco in this area and in a very busy complex, I feel safe even at night and very clean. I have not seen any homeless person lingering around which I have seen in various other gas stations, good lighting and crowd always.
