“Found this place while doing a Google search for one of my most expensive supplements. I'm trying to move away from Amazon and looking to support small businesses. Arcana was the closest location to me (I'm in LA) so I decided to give them a shot.
I was going to save maybe a couple bucks compared to Amazon but I was more concerned with shipping. I made sure to order my supplement with good time, well before I finished what I had left. Well, let me tell you, I didn't need to do that. My order arrived NEXT DAY! “Another Big W in the area. It’s in Encinitas but riiiiiight on the border of Carlsbad. Came by to get some filtered water, hairspray, and screws to nail something in. No long lines. Friendly employees. Everything is clean and well stocked and not a madhouse like some other Walmarts. Produce needs some love. Lots of parking out front too.”

They have always been able to fill it at felicta and the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. “Five stars for the incredible staff at Kaiser!! This was my first year being on my husband’s insurance so I finally got to experience how incredible the staff are. I had my baby here, nurses were amazing, and I loved all my doctors as well.
I had some issues last night, was able to get scheduled with a PCP this morning, & had a visit with Dr Leanne Zakrzewski & she was SO helpful/kind I almost cried lol. Usually it takes much longer for me to get scheduled if I wasn’t with Kaiser.
1 star for parking situation during peak hours, but my advice is to schedule during lunch and/or later in the day. They have late evening appts as well!”

“Dr. Emily Sumner has been my doctor for a few years now. She does a great job listening, and making sure all of my questions are addressed. I have had great luck getting appointments when I need them. They are efficient and I’m never stuck waiting to be seen. My daughter also sees pediatrician Dr. Gledhill-Hoyt and we’ve had a great experience with her too. It’s nice she always remembers us even though we are only there once a year for checkups.”

“Very friendly staff with great service. Had a prescription for my guinea pig, they called to let me know when it was ready and when I was there they made sure the label and everything was fine. Maybe I pressed down too hard when I first opened it, which is what I think happened, as the seal got stuck on the lid. I called them and they said they could fix it if I brought it back in but I managed to get it open. I was afraid to fully shut it in case it got stuck again. After 2 weeks the bottle was a mess, the syringe was a mess and so I called them and they answered right away (as they always have with me). They told me to bring it in. They were absolutely wonderful when I went in and they gave me a brand new bottle of a different design and a new syringe and I couldn't be happier. ?”
