“The actual people working there are friendly and give great, quick service. The company does everything right except for understaffing this location. Everytime I go the waittime is high and theres only 2 or 3 people working. Theres always like 5 people that need help in the store. Im happy with the company and the people but please staff more people.”
“I visited the store to return equipment that hadn’t worked at home. The assistant manager kindly helped me process the return and even offered to send a technician to set up my internet at home free of charge if I still wanted Cox service. He gave me his business card with a direct phone number.
When I called back, he wasn’t available, but his staff quickly arranged an appointment. The technician came out, resolved the issue, and now my internet works perfectly.
